Got my appointment fast to resolve years of neglected teeth issues. Completed very thorough exam and then completed my complex broken tooth with little pain. I was not their patient. I had a dental emergency. They scheduled me in Sand same day one hour after I called them. I showed up early. They took me early. The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful. The doctor was in a great mood, made quick work of the issues I had. The dental assistant was very thorough, pleasant person. As a new patient I didn't know what to expect.I'm always hopeful of course and that was well placed faith in Scottsdale family dentistry. I spoke with Mary Ann the day before to schedule an appointment and she was just delightful. Front desk was efficient and courteous. In my dental hygienist Andrea was simply amazing the jealous touch and that's so important when somebody's creeping around poking and prodding in your mouth. Dr Brown was confident and PATIENT. Offering a couple  options, he explained the procedures, comparing cost/benefit/complexity, simplifying my decision. I couldn't be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend them.
